Genesis 24:1-14

vs. 1 - Abraham trusted in God

vs. 2-4: Abraham made Eliezer promise to get Isaac a wife from Haran

vs. 5: Eliezer worried that he couldn’t keep the promise

vs. 6-8: Abraham tries to reassure Eliezer by saying God would send His angel before him.

vs. 9: Eliezer performed the act of making the promise, and verbally made the promise to Abraham

vs. 10: Approximately 500 mile trip with the ten camels and goods

vs. 11: Eliezer stops at the well where he knows the women are going to be coming to get water.

God is leading all the time, while we are seeking.

vs. 12-14: Eliezer prayed specifically for the events that he wanted to see from Isaac’s wife.
