Romans 8:12-17
12 - I owe my flesh and its sinful appetite nothing, not its thrusts nor its lust
13 - The Spirit leads to life. The flesh leads to death.
14 - The Spirit leading us proves that we are His children
15 - The Spirit gave us the Spirit of adoption
16 - The Spirit bears witness to our being children of God
17 - The Spirit makes our adoption as heirs realized.
